We are aware of current problems with the panel showing no files, and that some servers are not showing a console. We are working on this and will provide updates shortly
We’re currently seeing an issue where the billing system is not automatically unsuspending some accounts after payment.
If you’ve made a payment and your service is still suspended, please open a support ticket and we’ll get it fixed for you right away.
Thanks for your patience while we sort this out.
Recently, we had to make the hard decision to part ways with a staff member who was involved with our game panel development. These things are never easy, but sometimes life happens and changes are necessary to keep things moving in the right direction and to make sure we’re doing what’s best for the platform and our community.
Over the next few days, you’ll start seeing updates and improvements rolling out to the game panel. These updates are focused on stability, quality-of-life improvements, and adding new features to make managing your servers smoother and more reliable.
One of the bigger changes you may notice involves backups. Some of you may have already noticed that while backups were still being created on the backend, the front-end system failed to properly allow downloads or restores. This issue is being fixed today, however the fix does come with some changes to how the backup system works going forward. These changes are aimed at improving reliability and preventing similar issues in the future.
As always, we’ll be monitoring everything closely as changes go live. If you notice anything odd, have questions, or just want to give feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out through tickets or Discord — we genuinely appreciate hearing from you.
Thanks for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We’re excited about what’s coming next and appreciate you being part of Four Seasons Hosting
We’ll be performing scheduled game panel maintenance at 5am UTC (12am Jan 6th 2025)
This maintenance is required for:
• Bug fixes
• Security updates & CVE patches
Some services may be temporarily unavailable during this time.
Thanks for your patience and support!

Hello,
We’re reaching out to inform you of an important VPS migration that will be taking place soon. We're moving our VPS infrastructure from Charlotte, NC to Toronto, ON, and we want to make sure you’re ready.
Migration starts:
June 15th, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST
New VPS Panel: All VPS clients will be moved to our new control panel system.
New IP Address: Your VPS will receive a new IP address after migration.
Same Performance: No changes to your VPS specs – you’ll continue with the same CPU, RAM, and SSD.
This upgrade is being done to:
Introduce a modern VPS control panel for easier management and more features.
Improve uptime and stability by switching to a more reliable data center provider in Toronto.
Offer a smoother overall experience with better backend infrastructure.
We’ll provide you with:
Migration instructions
New IP details
Post-migration support
You may need to update any services or DNS records that rely on your VPS’s IP after the migration is completed. We’ll help guide you through this when the time comes.
We’re excited to bring you improved tools and service quality. If you have any questions before or after the migration, feel free to reach out via your client portal or Discord.

Hello Everyone,
We are expanding our Toronto location, this will require us to upgrade power in our cabinet.
We'll need to swap power cables on the servers, so this will require unplugging and plunging new cables in (your server will turn off it does not have a redundant PSU).
Who/ what who will be affected?
(yes, I made your color match you :p )
When?
Monday 1AM EST-3AM EST
Fixed :) RAID controller failed to boot
Basswood server is down, team is working on a fix
Hey Game Server Owners
Quick update following the vote — Ashburn, VA won, so both Little Leaf and Cucumber Tree will be making the move there.
We’re prepping for a full infrastructure migration from Buffalo, NY to Ashburn, VA on Sunday, May 4th. This means physically transporting all servers and networking gear to the new data center.
Sunday, May 4th @ 2:00 PM EDT – We start deracking servers
By 8:00 PM EDT (or midnight latest) – Servers will be packed and loaded
Overnight drive to Ashburn (~7 hours travel time)
Immediate setup and testing begins on arrival
A tech will already be on-site in Ashburn, ready to go
Estimated downtime: 14–24 hours max
Many services will be online sooner depending on rack order
Plan for full downtime just in case
IPs are expected to stay the same, but we’ll notify you if anything changes
We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way:
When deracking starts
When we’re in transit
When we arrive in Ashburn
When systems come online
You’ll get pinged or messaged as soon as your service is restored.
If you’d like to be moved to another location during the migration to avoid downtime, open a ticket on the client portal ASAP and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Thanks to everyone who voted and continues to support FSH — we appreciate you all. Let us know if you have any questions.

In the meantime is please ask your reframe from using the backup system to restore your servers until we’ve resolved this.
====== update =====
I am working with our DC on the problems.
So what happened, you ask? Well Great question.. The DDoS protection used there is changed a filter option that changed HTTP and HTTPS, and TCP protocols.. The game panel connects to the server via HTTPS and TCP commands, and your computer talks to the game server via TCP.. This is not just us but many other hosting companies with this protection that are/ were affected..
As mentioned, please open a ticket if you're on this node so we can comp you for the downtime on this node
Servers are online and working now

Our new datacenter has finished construction and we have established our Cogent circuit again for the first time since September of 2023! With this move, we will begin offering 10Gbps once again. Of course, there is quite a bit of hardware to relocate so there will be downtime to de-rack, de-cable and transport equipment. We have already established network and confirmed ranges are correct at the new facility so this should go MUCH smoother than prior moves in the past.
We expect several hours of downtime during this, so please be patient with us as we transport equipment back and forth. We will provide updates to our status page.
